Haven't you paid on time?

If you don't pay on time, we will send you reminders and a demand letter. If you still don't pay, we forward the demand to the Swedish Enforcement Authority for collection.

If you don't pay your annual amount according to your repayment plan, the following will happen:

  1. We send you a reminder if you don't pay your annual amount on time. Then we charge you a reminder fee of 450 kronor .
  2. We send you a second reminder with an additional 450 kronor fee if you still don't pay.
  3. We send you a demand letter if you don't pay after the second reminder.
  4. We forward the demand to the Swedish Enforcement Authority for collection if you don't pay after the reminders and the demand letter. The Enforcement Authority charges a basic fee of 600 kronor for each demand.

The debt increases

Here you see how a debt rapidly increases from 500 kronor to 2 000 kronor if you don't pay.

You may have a record of non-payment

If your case is sent to the Enforcement Authority, you may have a record of non-payment. Records of non-payment are not handled by the Enforcement Authority, but by a credit reporting agency such as UC or Kreditfakta. Those agencies issue records of non-payment after obtaining information about unpaid fees and charges from the Enforcement Authority.
